HOw I work
Business coaching: I work almost exclusively with startup companies. I support founders in developing their leadership style and creating working environments in which their teams collaborate successfully together.
I conduct coaching via a series of one to one sessions with founders and their key staff. We start by identifying the growth and development required in order to address their concerns, and continue with coaching whilst they implement their learning and establish their desired company culture.
Coaching private clients: I work on a wide range of personal concerns, supporting my clients to live the vital and fulfilled lives they are looking for.
EXPERIENCE
I spent the first 10 years of my career in management - restaurants, events and product management. I discovered I had a talent for causing results and for getting the most out of the people I managed. An interest in personal development began and in 1998 I moved to the personal development industry working as a coach, trainer and workshop leader before becoming an independent coach in 2006.
